Bride's Day Out at Cider Mountain

Updated: May 26

Imagine this... a recording studio set amongst 100+ acres of timber nestled in the foothills of the Idaho Selkirks - and you can get married there! Cider Mountain Recording Studio and Lodge is known as a retreat for musicians and family reunions and just expanded their service offerings to weddings as the COVID pandemic pushed couples to locations with more relaxed restrictions and outdoor options. There are a few bumps in the gravel road leading up to this place, but the relaxed feel of the lodge, the wind flowing through the evergreens and their vast amenities are well worth the drive!

There a numerous photo opportunities within the lodge itself, with a newly remodeled bridal suite and a sitting room with a beautiful wooden bar, comfortable couches and modern decor adding to the sophistication.

Outside, the venue features many ceremony locations with a variety of arbor and guest seating options!

Their farmhouse tables offer rustic elegance that can be styled in so many fun ways! See yourself enjoying the company of friends and family enjoying the mountain air and candlelit ambience.

Not to mention the beautiful textures of the forest with mountain light filtering through - it's truly a photographer's playground for getting amazing Bride & Groom portraits!

Working together with a number of vendors during Bride's Day Out (an open house style wedding show featuring 3 lovely E. Washington and N. Idaho venues) was truly amazing! We loved all the teamwork involved to make this styled shoot happen.
